제1조 (운영자와 약관의 적용)
이 약관은 주식회사 볼랩(이하 "회사")이 운영하는 한국어 학습 앱 Luvoca(이하 "앱")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 앱을 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 문의는 support@luvoca.app로 보내 주세요.
앱은 만 14세 이상이 이용할 수 있습니다. 미성년자가 유료 상품을 구매하려면 법정대리인의 동의가 필요하며, 동의 없이 구매한 경우 법령에 따라 취소할 수 있습니다.
제2조 (서비스)
앱은 이야기와 단어 카드, 메시지 같은 화면으로 한국어를 배우는 서비스입니다. 앱에 나오는 대화와 메시지는 미리 만들어진 이야기의 일부입니다.
제3조 (계정)
앱은 회원가입 없이 쓸 수 있습니다. 원하는 분은 설정에서 Apple 또는 Google 계정으로 앱 계정을 연결할 수 있고, 연결하면 진도가 계정에 보관됩니다. 계정을 연결하지 않으면 진도는 기기 안에만 저장되고, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 계정은 설정에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 개인정보 처리는 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
제4조 (무료 범위와 구매)
앞부분의 이야기와 카드 복습은 무료입니다. 그 뒤의 이야기는 멤버별 상품이나 세 멤버 묶음 상품을 구매하면 열립니다.
- 상품은 1회 구매이며 구독이 아니고 자동으로 갱신되지 않습니다.
- 가격은 구매 화면에 표시되는 스토어 가격을 따릅니다.
- 결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play가 처리합니다.
- 구매한 이야기는 설정의 구매 복원으로 다시 열 수 있습니다.
제5조 (환불)
결제를 스토어가 처리하므로, 환불은 구매한 스토어의 정책과 절차를 따릅니다. 이 조항은 관련 법령이 이용자에게 보장하는 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
제6조 (앱 안 재화)
각설탕은 앱 안에서 학습과 미션으로 받는 무료 재화입니다. 앱 안에서만 쓸 수 있습니다.
흑설탕은 앱 안에서 구매하는 유료 재화입니다. 가격과 수량은 구매 화면에 표시되는 스토어 가격을 따르고, 앱 안의 유료 콘텐츠에 쓸 수 있습니다.
- 흑설탕은 소모성 상품이라 구매 복원 대상이 아닙니다. 잔액은 계정에 저장되므로 다른 기기에서 이어 쓰려면 계정을 연결해 주세요.
- 사용한 흑설탕은 환불되지 않습니다. 사용하지 않은 흑설탕의 환불은 구매한 스토어의 정책과 관련 법령을 따릅니다.
- 각설탕과 흑설탕은 현금으로 바꾸거나 다른 사람에게 넘길 수 없습니다.
제7조 (이용자가 입력한 내용)
앱에 입력한 이름과 대화방의 글에 대한 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 회사는 이 내용을 진도 백업과 복원에만 사용합니다.
제8조 (금지 행위)
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
- 앱의 이야기, 이미지, 영상, 음성을 허락 없이 복제, 배포, 판매하는 행위
- 앱을 역설계하거나 구매 절차를 우회하는 행위
- 앱의 운영을 방해하는 행위
- 법령을 위반하는 행위
제9조 (지식재산권과 가상의 세계관)
앱의 이야기, 인물, 이미지, 영상, 음성 등에 대한 권리는 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 앱을 개인적으로 이용할 수 있으며, 이 약관은 그 밖의 권리를 이용자에게 넘기지 않습니다.
IPECTUR(이펙튜어)와 PIXEL, 앱에 나오는 멤버는 Luvoca의 오리지널 세계관에 속한 가상의 존재입니다. 실존 인물 및 단체와 관계가 없습니다.
제10조 (서비스의 변경과 종료)
회사는 서비스의 내용을 바꾸거나 서비스를 종료할 수 있습니다. 이용자에게 중요한 변경은 앱 안 공지 또는 이 페이지로 알립니다.
회사가 서비스를 종료하려면 종료일 30일 전까지 앱과 웹사이트에 알립니다. 종료를 결정한 뒤에는 유료 상품을 판매하지 않습니다. 흑설탕에는 유효기간이 없습니다. 사용하지 않은 흑설탕의 환불은 서비스 종료 후 30일 이상 문의를 받아 처리합니다. Google Play 결제는 회사가 환불하고, Apple 결제는 Apple의 환불 절차를 안내합니다. 구매한 이야기는 서비스 종료 후 제공되지 않을 수 있습니다.
제11조 (책임의 제한)
회사는 천재지변, 통신 장애, 스토어나 외부 서비스의 장애처럼 회사가 통제할 수 없는 사유로 생긴 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 생긴 손해, 그 밖에 대한민국 법령상 책임을 제한할 수 없는 경우에는 그렇지 않습니다.
제12조 (준거법과 분쟁 해결)
이 약관은 대한민국 법령을 따릅니다. 회사와 이용자 사이의 분쟁은 대한민국 법령이 정한 절차와 관할에 따라 해결합니다.
제13조 (시행 및 변경)
이 약관은 2026년 11월 4일부터 적용됩니다. 내용이 바뀌면 이 페이지와 앱 안 공지로 알립니다. 이 약관은 한국어로 작성되었으며, 번역본과 내용이 다르면 한국어본이 우선합니다.
1. Operator and scope
These Terms set the conditions for using Luvoca, a Korean learning app (the "App") operated by Balllab Inc. ("we"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. Contact us at support@luvoca.app.
The App is for users aged 14 or older. Minors need the consent of a legal guardian to make purchases, and a purchase made without that consent may be cancelled as the law allows.
2. The service
The App teaches Korean through stories, word cards, messages, and similar screens. The conversations and messages in the App are part of pre-written stories.
3. Accounts
You can use the App without signing up. If you want, you can connect an App account with Apple or Google in Settings, and your progress is then kept in that account. Without a connected account, your progress is stored only on your device and is deleted when you delete the App. You can delete your account yourself in Settings. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
4. Free content and purchases
The opening stories and card review are free. Later stories open when you buy a single-member product or the three-member bundle.
- Products are one-time purchases. They are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically.
- Prices are the store prices shown on the purchase screen.
- Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- You can reopen purchased stories with Restore purchases in Settings.
5. Refunds
Because the store processes your payment, refunds follow the policies and procedures of the store you bought from. This section does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
6. In-app items
Sugar cubes are a free in-app item you receive through studying and missions. They can be used only in the App.
Brown sugar is a paid in-app item you buy in the App. Prices and amounts follow the store price shown on the purchase screen, and it can be spent on paid content in the App.
- Brown sugar is a consumable item, so it is not covered by Restore Purchases. Your balance is saved to your account, so connect an account to keep using it on another device.
- Brown sugar you have spent is not refundable. Refunds of unspent brown sugar follow the policy of the store you bought it from and applicable law.
- Sugar cubes and brown sugar cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to anyone else.
7. What you enter
You keep the rights to the name and chat text you enter in the App. We use this content only for progress backup and restore.
8. Prohibited use
You must not:
- Copy, distribute, or sell the stories, images, videos, or audio in the App without permission
- Reverse engineer the App or bypass the purchase process
- Interfere with the operation of the App
- Break the law
9. Intellectual property and the fictional world
Rights in the stories, characters, images, videos, audio, and other content of the App belong to us or their rightful owners. You may use the App personally, and these Terms give you no other rights.
IPECTUR, PIXEL, and the members in the App are fictional and belong to the original world of Luvoca. They have no connection to real people or organizations.
10. Changes to and end of the service
We may change the content of the service or end it. We will announce important changes in an in-app notice or on this page.
If we end the service, we will announce it in the App and on our website at least 30 days before the end date. Once we decide to end the service, we will stop selling paid items. Brown sugar has no expiry date. We will take refund requests for unspent brown sugar for at least 30 days after the service ends. We refund Google Play payments ourselves and will guide you through Apple's refund process for Apple payments. Stories you purchased may no longer be available after the service ends.
11. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for damage caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, network failures, or outages of the stores or other outside services. This does not apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, or to any other case where liability cannot be limited under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes between us and you are resolved under the procedures and jurisdiction set by those laws.
13. Effective date and changes
These Terms take effect on November 4, 2026. If they change, we will post the new version on this page and let you know in the App. These Terms were written in Korean. If a translation differs, the Korean version prevails.
第1条(運営者と規約の適用)
この規約は、Balllab Inc.(以下「当社」)が運営する韓国語学習アプリLuvoca(以下「本アプリ」)の利用条件を定めます。本アプリを利用すると、この規約に同意したものとみなします。お問い合わせは support@luvoca.app までお送りください。
本アプリは満14歳以上の方がご利用いただけます。未成年者が有料商品を購入するには法定代理人の同意が必要で、同意なく購入した場合は法令に従って取り消すことができます。
第2条(サービス)
本アプリは、ストーリー、単語カード、メッセージなどの画面で韓国語を学ぶサービスです。本アプリに登場する会話とメッセージは、あらかじめ作られたストーリーの一部です。
第3条(アカウント)
本アプリは会員登録なしで利用できます。希望する方は設定からAppleまたはGoogleのアカウントでアプリのアカウントを連携でき、連携すると進行状況がアカウントに保管されます。アカウントを連携しない場合、進行状況は端末内にのみ保存され、本アプリを削除すると一緒に削除されます。アカウントは設定からご自身で削除できます。個人情報の取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーに従います。
第4条(無料の範囲と購入)
冒頭のストーリーとカード復習は無料です。その後のストーリーは、メンバーごとの商品または3人のメンバーのセット商品を購入すると解放されます。
- 商品は1回限りの購入であり、サブスクリプションではなく、自動で更新されません。
- 価格は購入画面に表示されるストアの価格に従います。
- 決済はApple App StoreまたはGoogle Playが処理します。
- 購入したストーリーは、設定の「購入を復元」で再び解放できます。
第5条(返金)
決済はストアが処理するため、返金は購入したストアのポリシーと手続きに従います。この条項は、関連法令が利用者に保障する権利を制限するものではありません。
第6条(アプリ内アイテム)
角砂糖は、本アプリ内で学習とミッションによって受け取る無料のアイテムです。本アプリ内でのみ使用できます。
黒砂糖は本アプリ内で購入する有料アイテムです。価格と数量は購入画面に表示されるストア価格に従い、本アプリ内の有料コンテンツに使用できます。
- 黒砂糖は消費型商品のため、購入の復元の対象ではありません。残高はアカウントに保存されるため、別の端末で引き続き使うにはアカウントを連携してください。
- 使用済みの黒砂糖は返金されません。未使用の黒砂糖の返金は、購入したストアのポリシーと関連法令に従います。
- 角砂糖と黒砂糖は、現金に換えることや他の人に譲渡することはできません。
第7条(利用者が入力した内容)
本アプリに入力した名前とチャットルームの文章に関する権利は利用者にあります。当社はこの内容を進行状況のバックアップと復元にのみ使用します。
第8条(禁止行為)
利用者は次の行為をしてはなりません。
- 本アプリのストーリー、画像、動画、音声を許可なく複製、配布、販売する行為
- 本アプリをリバースエンジニアリングする行為、または購入手続きを回避する行為
- 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
- 法令に違反する行為
第9条(知的財産権と架空の世界観)
本アプリのストーリー、キャラクター、画像、動画、音声などに関する権利は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者は本アプリを個人的に利用でき、この規約はそれ以外の権利を利用者に移転するものではありません。
IPECTUR、PIXEL、および本アプリに登場するメンバーは、Luvocaのオリジナルの世界観に属する架空の存在です。実在の人物および団体とは関係ありません。
第10条(サービスの変更と終了)
当社はサービスの内容を変更し、またはサービスを終了することがあります。利用者にとって重要な変更は、アプリ内のお知らせまたはこのページでお知らせします。
当社がサービスを終了する場合は、終了日の30日前までにアプリとウェブサイトでお知らせします。終了を決定した後は、有料商品を販売しません。黒砂糖に有効期限はありません。未使用の黒砂糖の返金は、サービス終了後30日以上お問い合わせを受け付けて対応します。Google Playの決済は当社が返金し、Appleの決済はAppleの返金手続きをご案内します。購入したストーリーは、サービス終了後は提供されない場合があります。
第11条(責任の制限)
当社は、天災、通信障害、ストアや外部サービスの障害など、当社が管理できない事由により生じた損害について責任を負いません。ただし、当社の故意または重大な過失により生じた損害、その他大韓民国の法令上責任を制限できない場合はこの限りではありません。
第12条(準拠法と紛争解決)
この規約は大韓民国の法令に従います。当社と利用者の間の紛争は、大韓民国の法令が定める手続きと管轄に従って解決します。
第13条(施行および変更)
この規約は2026年11月4日から適用されます。内容が変更された場合は、このページとアプリ内のお知らせでお知らせします。この規約は韓国語で作成されており、翻訳版と内容が異なる場合は韓国語版が優先します。
第1条(运营方与条款的适用)
本条款规定由 Balllab Inc.(以下简称“公司”)运营的韩语学习应用 Luvoca(以下简称“本应用”)的使用条件。使用本应用即视为同意本条款。如有疑问,请发送邮件至 support@luvoca.app。
本应用供年满14周岁的用户使用。未成年人购买付费商品须征得法定代理人同意,未经同意的购买可依法取消。
第2条(服务)
本应用是通过故事、单词卡片、消息等画面学习韩语的服务。本应用中出现的对话和消息是预先创作的故事的一部分。
第3条(账户)
本应用无需注册即可使用。有意愿的用户可以在设置中通过 Apple 或 Google 账户关联应用账户,关联后进度将保存在账户中。未关联账户时,进度仅保存在设备中,并在删除本应用时一并删除。账户可在设置中自行删除。个人信息的处理遵循隐私政策。
第4条(免费范围与购买)
开头部分的故事和卡片复习是免费的。之后的故事在购买单个成员商品或三位成员组合商品后解锁。
- 商品为一次性购买,不是订阅,也不会自动续订。
- 价格以购买画面显示的商店价格为准。
- 付款由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 处理。
- 已购买的故事可通过设置中的“恢复购买”重新解锁。
第5条(退款)
由于付款由商店处理,退款遵循购买商店的政策和流程。本条不限制相关法律法规保障用户的权利。
第6条(应用内物品)
方糖是在本应用内通过学习和任务获得的免费物品。方糖仅可在本应用内使用。
黑糖是在本应用内购买的付费物品。价格和数量以购买页面显示的商店价格为准,可用于本应用内的付费内容。
- 黑糖属于消耗型商品,不在恢复购买范围内。余额保存在账户中,如需在其他设备上继续使用,请关联账户。
- 已使用的黑糖不予退款。未使用黑糖的退款依照购买商店的政策和相关法律办理。
- 方糖和黑糖不能兑换为现金,也不能转让给他人。
第7条(用户输入的内容)
用户在本应用中输入的名字和聊天室文字的相关权利归用户所有。公司仅将这些内容用于进度备份和恢复。
第8条(禁止行为)
用户不得实施以下行为。
- 未经许可复制、传播、销售本应用的故事、图片、视频、音频
- 对本应用进行逆向工程或绕过购买流程
- 妨碍本应用的运营
- 违反法律法规
第9条(知识产权与虚构世界观)
本应用的故事、角色、图片、视频、音频等相关权利归公司或合法权利人所有。用户可以个人使用本应用,本条款不向用户转让其他任何权利。
IPECTUR、PIXEL 以及本应用中出现的成员属于 Luvoca 原创世界观中的虚构存在,与真实人物及团体无关。
第10条(服务的变更与终止)
公司可以变更服务内容或终止服务。对用户重要的变更,将通过应用内公告或本页面告知。
公司终止服务时,将在终止日30天前通过应用和网站告知。决定终止后,公司将停止销售付费商品。黑糖没有有效期。未使用黑糖的退款,公司将在服务终止后至少30天内受理咨询并处理。Google Play 付款由公司退款,Apple 付款由公司说明 Apple 的退款流程。已购买的故事在服务终止后可能无法继续提供。
第11条(责任限制)
对于自然灾害、通信故障、商店或外部服务故障等公司无法控制的原因造成的损失,公司不承担责任。但因公司的故意或重大过失造成的损失,以及依大韩民国法律法规不得限制责任的其他情形除外。
第12条(适用法律与争议解决)
本条款适用大韩民国法律法规。公司与用户之间的争议,依大韩民国法律法规规定的程序和管辖解决。
第13条(施行及变更)
本条款自2026年11月4日起适用。内容如有变更,将通过本页面和应用内公告告知。本条款以韩语撰写,译本内容与韩语版本不一致时,以韩语版本为准。
1. Operador y ámbito
Estos Términos establecen las condiciones de uso de Luvoca, una aplicación para aprender coreano (en adelante, «la App») operada por Balllab Inc. (en adelante, «la Empresa»). Al usar la App, aceptas estos Términos. Puedes escribirnos a support@luvoca.app.
La App es para personas de 14 años o más. Los menores necesitan el consentimiento de su representante legal para comprar, y una compra hecha sin ese consentimiento puede cancelarse según la ley.
2. El servicio
La App enseña coreano mediante historias, tarjetas de palabras, mensajes y pantallas similares. Las conversaciones y los mensajes de la App forman parte de historias escritas de antemano.
3. Cuentas
Puedes usar la App sin registrarte. Si lo deseas, puedes vincular una cuenta de la App con Apple o Google en Ajustes, y tu progreso se guardará en esa cuenta. Si no vinculas una cuenta, tu progreso se guarda solo en el dispositivo y se elimina al borrar la App. Puedes eliminar tu cuenta tú mismo en Ajustes. La información personal se trata conforme a nuestra Política de privacidad.
4. Contenido gratuito y compras
Las historias iniciales y el repaso de tarjetas son gratuitos. Las historias posteriores se abren al comprar un producto de un miembro o el paquete de los tres miembros.
- Los productos son compras únicas. No son suscripciones y no se renuevan automáticamente.
- Los precios son los de la tienda que se muestran en la pantalla de compra.
- Los pagos los procesan Apple App Store o Google Play.
- Puedes volver a abrir las historias compradas con Restaurar compras en Ajustes.
5. Reembolsos
Como la tienda procesa el pago, los reembolsos siguen las políticas y los procedimientos de la tienda donde compraste. Esta sección no limita los derechos que te reconozca la legislación aplicable.
6. Artículos de la App
Los terrones de azúcar son un artículo gratuito que recibes en la App al estudiar y completar misiones. Solo pueden usarse en la App.
El azúcar moreno es un artículo de pago que compras en la App. Los precios y cantidades siguen el precio de la tienda que aparece en la pantalla de compra, y se puede gastar en contenido de pago de la App.
- El azúcar moreno es un artículo consumible, por lo que no se incluye en Restaurar compras. Tu saldo se guarda en tu cuenta; vincula una cuenta para seguir usándolo en otro dispositivo.
- El azúcar moreno gastado no es reembolsable. El reembolso del azúcar moreno sin gastar sigue la política de la tienda donde lo compraste y la ley aplicable.
- Los terrones de azúcar y el azúcar moreno no pueden canjearse por dinero ni transferirse a otras personas.
7. Lo que introduces
Conservas los derechos sobre el nombre y los textos de chat que introduces en la App. La Empresa usa este contenido solo para la copia de seguridad y la restauración del progreso.
8. Usos prohibidos
No debes:
- Copiar, distribuir o vender sin permiso las historias, imágenes, vídeos o audio de la App
- Aplicar ingeniería inversa a la App o eludir el proceso de compra
- Interferir en el funcionamiento de la App
- Infringir la ley
9. Propiedad intelectual y mundo ficticio
Los derechos sobre las historias, personajes, imágenes, vídeos, audio y demás contenido de la App pertenecen a la Empresa o a sus legítimos titulares. Puedes usar la App de forma personal, y estos Términos no te otorgan ningún otro derecho.
IPECTUR, PIXEL y los miembros que aparecen en la App son ficticios y pertenecen al mundo original de Luvoca. No tienen relación con personas ni organizaciones reales.
10. Cambios y fin del servicio
La Empresa puede cambiar el contenido del servicio o darlo por terminado. Los cambios importantes se comunicarán mediante un aviso en la App o en esta página.
Si la Empresa termina el servicio, lo anunciará en la App y en su sitio web al menos 30 días antes de la fecha de cierre. Una vez decidido el cierre, dejará de vender artículos de pago. El azúcar moreno no caduca. Las solicitudes de reembolso del azúcar moreno sin gastar se atenderán durante al menos 30 días después del cierre. La Empresa reembolsa los pagos de Google Play y orienta sobre el proceso de reembolso de Apple para los pagos de Apple. Las historias compradas pueden dejar de estar disponibles después del cierre.
11. Limitación de responsabilidad
La Empresa no responde de los daños causados por hechos fuera de su control, como desastres naturales, fallos de red o interrupciones de las tiendas u otros servicios externos. Esto no se aplica a los daños causados por dolo o negligencia grave de la Empresa, ni a otros casos en los que la responsabilidad no pueda limitarse según las leyes de la República de Corea.
12. Ley aplicable y disputas
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de la República de Corea. Las disputas entre la Empresa y tú se resolverán conforme a los procedimientos y la jurisdicción que establezcan esas leyes.
13. Entrada en vigor y cambios
Estos Términos se aplican desde el 4 de noviembre de 2026. Si cambian, lo comunicaremos en esta página y mediante un aviso en la App. Estos Términos se redactaron en coreano. Si una traducción difiere, prevalece la versión en coreano.
